Order & Returns
Order processing times may vary depending on the product and its availability. In general, we strive to process orders within 1-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
No refunds or reimbursements are allowed.
We have a 7-days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Item must be inspected upon receiving it, in case of a manufactural defect you can submit an exchange order within 1-day of receiving your order. No defected orders will be accepted after 1-day of receiving your order.
Exchanges between items purchased from our online shop and retail stores are not allowed. Exchanges are only permitted at the original place of purchase.
Please note that some items may not be water leak-proof. If you require your flask to be leak-proof, kindly message us before purchasing to inquire about the specific product. Refunds will not be accepted if a customer reports that the flask is not water leak-proof after purchase if it was inquired about.
